Kathryn Jarrell

Kathryn has been helping organizations develop and implement organizational strategies for over 15 years. She has experience advising start-ups, non-profits and many of the Global 500. Alongside her consulting work she served as the Chief of Service Delivery for a Portland based design consultancy, responsible for creating an award winning employee and customer experience. Kathryn practices design research and human centered design techniques to better understand the true needs of customers and employees.

Katie has been creating and implementing successful human resources programs for over 15 years. Her work has helped organizations win Oregon's Best Company To Work, Fortune Magazine's Most Flexible Workplace, and Fortune Magazine's Top Consulting Firms among others. When not advising clients you will find her pushing her thinking through speaking, podcasts and writing engagements. Katie has a M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction as well as a B.S in Sociology. She is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Nina Narelle

Nina has been facilitating meaningful conversations on organizational life and diversity, equity and inclusion almost for 20 years. As a consultant, she has worked with grassroots nonprofits, scaling startups, large public systems and Global 500 companies. She leads clients through a human-centered design approach to organizational problem solving and design and transformational team coaching. She is a frequent public speaker and has presented at conferences and events including the Association for Change Management Professionals, Governing for Racial Equity, and the Organizational Development Network. She has a M.A. in Organizational Development from the LIOS College of Saybrook University and B.A. from Economics at Lewis & Clark College.

Stephanie Gioia

Sparks innovation at the intersection of organizational challenges and design thinking.

With nearly 15 years experience observing and designing the inner workings of over a hundred organizations, Stephanie is focused on designing practical organizational innovations that 'move the needle' for clients. She built her design consulting reputation at IDEO and XPLANE and continues to draw upon her roots on the front lines of organizational change management in the financial services, energy, and NGO sectors. In addition to her consulting practice, Stephanie teaches at Stanford’s d.school, serves on Design Museum Portland’s advisory council, and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events. She has an MBA from the University of Michigan and earned her B.A. from Georgetown.

Yee Won's consulting practice focuses on advancing social, economic, and environmental justice. He specializes in training and executive coaching to create equitable and inclusive workplaces and campuses, with a focus on racial and gender equity. Before becoming a consultant, Yee Won held staff positions at Western States Center, Haymarket People’s Fund, and United for a Fair Economy. Yee Won serves on the board of Forward Together and Center for Story-based Strategy.

Drawing from 15 years of experience in user-centered design, visual brand development, and information design, he works closely with his clients to co-create conceptually rich work. He’s partnered with a range of non-profits and values-driven organizations, startups, in-house design teams, Fortune 500 companies, and creative studios. Ryan regularly leads workshops teaching visual thinking techniques to mixed teams of creative and business professionals. Deeply committed to making an impact through design, Ryan spearheaded environmental sustainability efforts at his last company and helped them achieve BCorp certification. Ryan is also creative director and board member for an award-winning regional publication devoted to highlighting environmental issues through art.
